Safety cages are designed to permit a forklift to elevate a maximum of two people to a high working area. They are generally used for maintenance work, order picking and stocktaking.
The Safety Cages are manufactured with a square finish and are fully meshed at the rear of the cage. The cages can also be made with a fully meshed finished on all sides of the cage.
All the safety cages are available with class 2, class 3 or class 4 fork tynes pockets, to accommodate the varying styles of forklift truck. Two harness anchor points are fixed to the floor of the cage. The cage can also be fitted with a tooling rail, at the top rear of the cage, if required.
